attentive staff electric kettle
the staff was very attentive. the rooms included a fridge and an electric kettle for convenience. i also found the restaurant with room service very useful (.. ). the location was close to the metro.

convenient stay near the railway station
convenient location friendly staff excellent restaurant
i found this hotel very convenient because of its location. it is close to the railway station and rk ashram marg metro station. the staff were friendly, they promptly addressed the few issues i had like the door lock malfunctioning. the hotel restaurant, fire & ice, provided excellent food and service.
the wi-fi signal was sometimes weak in my room.

i found the restaurant to have great options for breakfast. the location was indeed very convenient. the staff helped me quickly when i needed an extra towel.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet near the entrance.

mixed experience near the railway station
small window unreliable wi-fi
the location near the railway station was acceptable. it made getting around convenient.
The room i booked did not match the description. the window was small and offered no view, disappointing. also, the wi-fi was unreliable. It kept disconnecting and was annoying to use. getting a new password from reception frequently became a hassle.
